Suzel Hodges serves as Vice Chair of the Blue Bridge Project, where she helps expand access and create meaningful career pathways for autistic and neurodivergent young adults in the film industry.

Patricia Robinson

Patricia Robinson is a visionary movie producer and founder of Blue Brain Productions, a dynamic film company dedicated to creating compelling and innovative cinematic experiences. In addition to leading Blue Brain Productions, Patricia Robinson is deeply committed to advocating for and supporting neurodivergent individuals and individuals with hidden disabilities such as anxiety and ADHD in young adults. Her sons were the inspiration for this as they are both on the autism spectrum. Recognizing the unique talents and perspectives that neurodiverse individuals bring to the table Blue Bridge Project a nonprofit organization focused on empowering those on the spectrum within the film industry was born with her serving as a CEO/ Executive Director and collaborator. This non-profit provides essential resources, training and opportunities to help individuals on these unique talented artist thrive in various roles, in front of and behind the camera. Through the dual endeavors of Blue Brain Productions and the nonprofit Blue Brain Project aim to foster an inclusive and supportive environment in the film industry, where creativity and diversity are celebrated. By leveraging the power of storytelling Patricia Robinson is committed to promoting greater awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity, while creating a platform for marginalized voices to be heard and valued. With a passion for both cinematic excellence and social impact, Patricia Robinson continues to push the boundaries of filmmaking, creating stories that entertain, inspire, and provoke thought, while championing inclusivity and understanding within the industry.

Jennifer Garrett

Jennifer Garrett serves on the Board of Directors for Blue Bridge Project. She brings over 25 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including 14 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in home and community-based settings. Jennifer is passionate about helping individuals build job and interpersonal skills in order to achieve greater independence. Her expertise helps guide the organization’s mission to provide meaningful, person-centered job training within the film industry.

Suzel Hodges

Suzel Hodges serves as Vice Chair of the Blue Bridge Project, where she helps expand access and create meaningful career pathways for autistic and neurodivergent young adults in the film industry. She supports strategic direction, builds community partnerships, and advances initiatives that promote inclusion and long-term opportunity. With over a decade of leadership experience in Quality & Compliance at BioBridge Global, Suzel is known for driving operational excellence and building systems that support both people and purpose. A dedicated community advocate, she is actively involved with organizations such as the Junior League of San Antonio, leading initiatives that support children, families, and underserved populations. She is currently continuing her studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio and is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.
